This house was my first solo project. I started this job in January of 2017. I met with the client on site where we discussed their vision for the project, and how to convey their dream to a future builder.

The 8,000 sqft residence is to be built in a small wooded area on top of a hill in southern PA. The main entertaining space of the building opened onto a wrap-around-deck that provided ample room for hosting both family and parties. Behind the kitchen, the private wing nestles into the woods away from the downhill view. This secluded area included a master suite with in-closet laundry, and an outdoor shower.
